Our volunteers are the heartbeat at Koala Conservation Australia, and our Koala Care volunteers play a critical role by providing care of wild koalas in our Wild Koala Breeding Program.
They are tireless in their duties, including cleaning and scrubbing enclosures, ensuring fresh leaf and water, weighing scat, observing koala behaviour across our breeding pairs as well as monitoring joey progress.
This role is essential to the wellbeing of the wild koalas and the continued success of KCA vision and mission. Watch the video here
